In the long and narrow corridor of the abandoned military camp, 65 beauty masks were hanged from the ceiling, alternated with 12 different civil certificates, which signal all the important events in our lives (birth, marriage, death, employment etc.). The mathematical order of the installation denotes our strictly defined co-ordinate condition as citizens, which is a one-way road from the day we are born to our death. All the important events of our existence, our very own existence, are verified through certificates. |
